Key Person

To help ensure that the individual needs of children and their families are met, we operate a Key Person system.  Your child will be allocated a member of the staff team who will act as their key person.  The Key Person will be responsible for observing, assessing and recording your child's development and progress as well as supporting them to settle successfully within our setting.  Parents are encourage to discuss their child's progress with their Key Person at any time - we value parental involvement highly and feel it is essential to develop close bonds with families to ensure quality care for children.

 

As a provider of free pre-school education for 3 and 4 year old's, activities are planned in accordance with the Governments 'Early Years Foundation Stage Guidance'.

 

We keep electronic records of each child's progress and achievements.  These are available for parents/carers to view at any time.
